hi, im looking for a hotel to stay at when i go in to have my cfo seminar in manila, and ur hotel reviews or the rates would be very much appreciated thanks

Id suggest LOtus garden Hotel. Their rate is really affordable.It has safe,and good ambiance.People are friendly and accommodating. Its located just along intersection ,hence,access for taxi is easy. A single bedroom will cost P1600 per night.Theres no particular hotel thats really near CFO .
Oh btw, guidance and counseling seminar is done at PRISM , located just beside Banco de Oro,and right infront De La Salle University.After the seminar,they'll give you a certificate of attendance.That certificate is needed to present at CFO( in Quirino Ave) to process your guidance and counseling certificate .Your visa is a prerequisite so as to issue u a sticker placed on your passport. thats it!! CFO done!

thanks for the input guys! I booked a reservation earlier for cherry blossoms since it's a few meters away from RObinsons,
Thanks ChuckandRhean , i actually looked it up 1st since I've stayed at citystate and lotus garden has no vacancy for a standard room.. they have the doubles or stuff like that..

I am wondering though if the flood had affected the PRISM office since it's in Taft avenue. I saw a photo of taft and it looks way flooded! Also i read a lot of bad reviews regarding PRISM, but at the same time the one in quezon is just too far!
fiance and I actually talked about the possibility of having me do the CFO seminar in cebu,.. but my concern is will I get the sticker from cebu or do I have to go to CFO quirino avenue for that?

Cherry Blossom by Robertson Mall.
I think they have the Bar Girls hang out in a store near there.
They have their pics on the wall outside the storefront, and they also stand out on the 2nd level.
Take pics of them at night, When I took pics the Bar Girls would turn their heads.

you may want to check out Bay view hotel,, right across from the embassy,safe secure and a excellent breakfast buffet,,,,,,,,and very easy to get taxi to cfo,, good luck

Its location-wise,PRISM is just few kilometers away from CFO office.Ive done processing my certificate from PRISM to CFO for about 3 hours

ive stayed at bayview for my interview [and some other occasions] we like it there. feel safer...
during my med: mom and i stayed at palm plaza. its a pretty decent hotel just a block away from robinsons mall and maybe a 10 min walk from slec...
went to prism for my seminar and i just dont get it why other members hate prism lol to think i dont have a problem at all at that place and was done and out after 1.5 hrs and since im from cdo its very convenient for us to stay near the embassy and to some familiar places.. although after the seminar you have to go to cfo in quirino for the sticker/stamp on your passport... good luck!!!

Just FYI ...
All the hotels I posted earlier ... are within a 5 minute walk to Robinson's Mall ...
They are all clustered in that same area ... I particularly like Las Palmas ... but Executive Plaza and Palm Plaza are equally nice ... and just as close to the mall as well ... Tropicana is another place worth looking at ...
If you already have reservations at Cherry Blossoms Hotel ... stay there ... its a nice place ... not the best ... but it is clean and safe and very close to the mall ... I think you will be happy there ...
