hello good people out here.Am quite confused about how the fiancee visa (k1 visa ) is processed in Accra ,Ghanabe very glad if anybody could help me out here.My i 129f petition was approved in march of 2017 and since then nothing has happened.I was told the consulate in Accra handles the rest of the processing and that, they were gonna contact either me or my fiance through an email on the next line of action.ItS been about 4 months now and we still havent had any response.I have sent so many emails to the embassy and i still havent gotten any response yet.My question now is ,do we have to schedule the appointment for an interview or the embassy would send us an appointment letter.I hope someone helps by clarifying how it goes .Thanks.

I'm in the same kind of situation. I honestly don't know what to do! Any response here would be highly appreciated!

I don't have experience for your Embassy but doing a google search and looking over the US Embassy in Ghanabe I found these steps. http://www.ustraveldocs.com/gh/gh-niv-visaapply.asp The two of you should work together in researching and helping each other out. That way you will both benefit from this experience.

First thing did NVC send you a letter saying that had forward your information to Embassy in Ghana if not call NVC they will have our information.

My friend fiancé went to Embassy on a Wednesday which is only day they give package 3 out. with the letter  they received from NVC and a letter typed up saying my name is Jane Doe my Case number is and my receipt number is and I am picking up my package three.

They gave him his package then you follow the instructions in it. You have to pay your Visa fees $265  before you can scheduled an interview but all info is in package 3.
