So my interview is exactly 90 days after my first NOA1,it's been 3 months that i'm married, and all the evidences that i have are :

-court house marriage pics with my wife's parents as our witnesses (we did'nt do a wedding or a reception or  a name change )

-pictures of our trips and our life together

-joint apartment lease

-joint bank account

-driving licence with same address for both

that's all what I've got,what do u think guys ? is that enough ?

idk if this would satisfy and IO

We had very little at our AOS interview, even though we had been married 8 months by that point. We had a joint bank account, more pictures of a few trips we'd been on and the accompanying tickets and I think we may have had our insurance card by that point too. The more you have the better but it doesn't mean you should scramble to collect things just for the sake of it. Co-mingling of assets takes time and especially as you've only been married for 3 months I'd say you're on the right track. We can't tell you if anything is enough or too much as every case is different.

If you filed 2016 taxes since your AOS submission, I would take a copy of those as well.  Also, I would take a copy of your K1 application as well.  Based on the amount of time you have been married, your list does seem pretty good, but of course all cases are different.
