Hi guys,

I think its little crazy but i wanted to know if anyone has experienced. So I applied for remove conditions back in sept/2015. there was no activity after fingerprint. Last year i was asked for additional information which i mailed right away. So this year in February i received approval notice for 10 years green card. after month i received another one saying that ill be scheduled for interview. It has no time and location...

Any idea whats going on?

No idea - what a bizarre thing to have happen! I would definitely call USCIS to inquire - maybe even make an infopass appointment to talk to someone in person, and bring both letters.

If you are going to be scheduled for an interview, they'll send another letter, and if you're approved, they'll send the green card... so I guess you could just wait and see, too. But I'd call, or schedule an appointment.

Is your timeline updated?

How long ago did you get your approval letter? I was recently approved for my 10 year green card and got it about 10 days after I received the approval letter. If you have been waiting more than a few weeks for your 10 year green card I would make an InfoPass as already suggested to you.

I received begging of February. After calling to uscis I received another one saying that I'll be scheduled for interview and to avoid the letter. Did you have interview? There is no availability for infopass. Been trying for week already.

No, I received my approval letter and then had my green card in my hands 10 days later. Check daily for info pass appointments. I went to 2 infopass appts to keep check on my case. It would always so no dates were available, then I would check the next day and there would be loads.

I went 5 times already, it's been too long and my case is about 1,5 year in process and still no answer. It's crazy and so stressful. Just posted to see if anyone has experienced the same case.

Have you tried checking availability at 12:01am? (ie: right after midnight) It seems like that's when they make new times available at a lot of offices.

Tried everything, just gonna continue trying. Do you know if my husband can apply for another petition I-130 for my son while my case is still in process?
