hi everyone ,

when getting 221 G requesting proofs of meeting in person ,which mean pics ,does that mean any pics together ? the reason i m asking is that ,all i have is 3 pics ,lost all the others.

if we submit the 3 pics, chat, conversations,,,and for any reason they were not satisfied ,,does the consulate issues another 221 G for more proofs or they cancel the application ?

planning to give a try with the 3 pics ,,if not will have to visit and take 100 pics.

please help ,,we are stuck .

Did you send  trip itinerary, hotel receipts, or boarding passes?

You can only send what you have right? Any pictures you have is good. Send more then 3 BUT! Make them at different places if possible. Don't use 5 photo's all from the same place that won't help.

Use anything you have.

Edit --

Wait why are they requesting you have not met the person? You have the marriage certificate from wherever it happened right? You sent that correct? That is more then enough with some pictures? Did you apply for a CR-1?

don't worry about only having 3 pictures. what is more important is card statements showing you two were at the same place, passport stamps showing being in the same country and chat logs do far more to help your case.

beside photos can be photoshopped to be what ever a person wants so pictures are viewed as lesser evidence.

I personally don't think 3 photos would be enough. You're probably going need pictures of you together from each visit. Also, try adding a short description under each photo. If you decide to go for a new visit, make sure to take pictures with his/her family, it'll help your case.

Good luck! :)

As stated by some wise people above me.

Send the photos, send passport stamps, airline receipts and send any hotel and receipts you have from your visit.

Prove you were there for a good amount of time with your partner.

They are looking for solid proof you were there with your partner. You might have to visit and take some pictures as well. -- Try sending the three pictures and any more evidence basically is the gameplan.
