I'm wondering if that's a common mistake or error....

My biometrics had been done with today, when I checked the second receipt of my case (listed in my biometrics appointment notice letter)

that's what it says:

Fees Were Waived

On November 14, 2016, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number *****. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by December 18, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283...

What does that mean? waived fee? we didn't request for that and i'm sure our personal check got cashed

Ours said the same thing we go for biometrics 8 dec. look not to be an error but since the biometric fees were paid when we paid for the ROC. This letter was sent to let us know that there were no further fees.

Hi guys! My case status shows exactly the same. I filed on December. Tier 2 officer said its a glitch in system, and not to rely on it. Yet I'm still worried because I need to travel internationally and I hope it's not an issue with a case which I don't know about..going to travel with expired GC and extention letter. What you guys think?

It seems like most countries have no problems with the ORIGINAL EXTENSION LETTER AND EXPIRED GREEN CARD COMBO !

Now Brasil,my homecountry does...... and then they required a ''BOARDING FOIL'' form -.-

To be honest I was worried more about not departure, but arrival at US because of that weird status. I'm not sure what exactly IO sees in computer at the passport check, but I hope the is no glitch or anyting in there..
