Did anybody submit there paperwork for the i751 removal?

I'm just wondering should I do this myself or get a lawyer? It seems straight forward...

With all the utility bills and bank statements do have to submit all the 2yrs or 1of every quarter?

Someone told me that what there lawyer did!!

How many photos will I send in? Is 20 ok?

Many of us file for the I-751 without lawyers.

As far as utility and bank statements go, you cannot go wrong by submitting ALL of them. If you have LOTS of co-mingled finances, you might get away with one per quarter, but if you have any doubts, submit ALL pages of ALL statements.

If you are thinking of submitting only utility bills and joint bank statements that may not be enough to show "comingling of finances" and joint ownership of assets. Please read the I751 guide in visajourney carefully as you prepare your I-751 submission package.

Remember with USCIS, more evidence is always better. So consider submitting all pages of all documents spanning these two years of conditional residence.

Also, do not forget to review the sample of Cover Letter and I-751 List of Evidence in CookieCat's post above (in the signature)
