Filling out a new DS-260 form should take care of it. Email your home US Embassy and let them know that you wanted to make a rectification on your DS-260 form because there is a mistake that you have inadvertently done when filling it out.

Don't worry this should not have an impact on your application as long as you take care of it before the interview date!
