You posted on the Citizenship forum so I assume you're talking about the N400 naturalization application.

These applications are sent to receiving centers in Texas, Nebraska, or Arizona, depending on your home state. All of these are receiving centers that are only used for initial processing.

If you are sending your application to Texas, the physical address of the receiving center is in Lewisville; just outside of Dallas. The Dallas address is just a PO Box.

Once the application is received and processed, applications are sent to the National Benefits Center in Lee Summit, Missouri. The applications are processed further there and that's where your application remains during the background check process. After than, the application is sent to your local Field Office so that you can be interviewed.

Yes I was referring to N400, so does sending to one location result in slightly earlier processing than the other or there is no difference?

A difference between sending to the POBox or the physical location?

Maybe a few hours out of a process that should take between 3 to 12 months.
