I my first notice on sept 2 that uscis received my i130 petition. Nov 10, got a letter saying my case was transffered to another office. How much longer do i have to wait and what other notices should i expect? Hope you guys can help me understand all the stages....thanks

There's no way for anyone to answer you. We don't know where you were transferred(I assume the New center in Virginia) You could go join there thread

6 months from the initial notice is the amount of time USCIS asks you to wait before enquiring about a spousal petition. If they don't require more information from you, you should hear something within 6 months of the date on your initial NOA. It's not a guarantee of anything, but that is a general approximation for you.
