I had my interview last March 26 and I got approved! Thank you to everyone here on Visa Journey for your help. I barely got interviewed for like 3-5 minutes by the American consul. It also did not matter that my fiance did not meet the poverty guideline last year, the co just looked at his current paystubs (he didnt even bother asking for the employment letter). What a huge relief! :dancing::dance:

I checked my case status and it says READY since my interview date

What is the usual series of status before visa issuance?

The typical steps in the visa issuant steps are as follows... Administrative Processing ==> Ready ==> Administrative Processing ==> Issued

Usually takes about 7 = 10 business days.

I was about to ask the same question. We both had our interviews and approvals on the same date. :) Thanks Greenbaum for a quick response.
