I just realized today is my 1 year anniversary of POE, 1 year in the US

I've just seen that there's another teleconferece with the USCIS Director again today. I'm not sure I can bare sitting through another hour of this again though.

You'll then get an email with a pass-code and a number to ring 10 mins before the conference starts. An operator will then put you through to the conference. If you're lucky you may be selected to ask a question. Something along the lines of "Where's my ******* green card' (joke)!

I put my phone on loud speaker and pottered about in the kitchen last time.

You know that the entire subject of this conference will be how and when USCIS will attempt to implement DACA if the injunction is stayed or overturned (or how they will circumnavigate to implement it in spite of the Federal court actions - who needs those old guys in black robes when you have a phone and a pen). Saying that, I will be there no matter what our status is at that time. This time I hope they will allow me to ask my question. Little hope, but it's worth the try...

I'm sure I have seen court action taken when a case has gone on this long. I read an article on some website a few weeks ago....

I don't know how it is in the British court system (not being a barrister), but in Amerika [spelling intended] you need to get permission from the government to sue the government...Good luck with that. It's easier to swap Abe's and Teddy's head on Mt Rushmore...

Hmmmm...60 days for action, if they even listen now (this page is old, Mommy Napalatano hes been gone a long time). The only green you'll see here is the green leaving your wallet to their law office...In 60 days, ours will be adjudicated (hopefully). That would be 13 months...You might be interested but I would get the money scoop first...

money scoop? What question do we need to ask if we are allowed? I don't know what to ask as there are that many! Any ideas from fellow vjers would be helpful too!
