Your fiancé should receive an email from Ankara once they receive the file from NVC.

You can view the K1 instructions on the Embassy website http://turkey.usembassy.gov/visa_forms.html

I would start getting all of the paperwork together if you have not done so already.

Congratulations!

Did you email the DS-3032 yet?

I found this very helpful when I was at the NVC stage;

Also the FAQ on this thread is extremely helpful.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/427843-nvc-filers-may-2013/

What do I do after my case number is assigned?
Get the IIN from an operator (ask for the 'Invoice Identification Number', not IIN). If you are doing online forms (check eligibility in the first post), also ask for the Beneficiary Identification Number (BIN). Give over the email addresses of the beneficiary and petitioner. Email the DS-3032 (from the beneficiary's email address) following the template linked above. If you are doing EP, then send the optin email. If you are doing online forms, send the DS-261 online (may take a day or two before you can sign onto the online forms portal).

This is great for a married SPOUSE application and will help others as far as information, however, our application is a K-1 I-209f Fiance.
