Rather than starting multiple threads I thought it would be easier to post my questions in one place. Thanks to this board I have a good handle on how to file my K-1. I just have a few small questions...

1. Part A #2 Address,

Can I use a PO box? I'm living in an Apartment and the lease is up in 3 months and I probably will move at that time. I have a PO Box that I have used for some time now. My PO Box is also the address on my personal checks.

2. Part B #19 International Marriage Broker (IMB),

We meet online at Filipiocupid, http://www.filipinocupid.com/ is that considered a IMB?

That’s it for now, Thanks!

to part 1 of the question: yes you can use a p.o box, we used p.o box for our own k-1 application and USCIS sent the NOA1 and NOA2 to that p.o box address

I dont have an answer to part 2 of ur question

Thanks

I have a follow up to that question. The I-134 asks for "residing at" Should I enter my physical address or is it ok to use the PO Box? If I need to enter my physical address will I need to submit an address change if I move?
