Sorry did not notice that,

Coming back to my question, after reading a lot about topics regarding changing the address I found the form: I-865 sponsor's notice change of address. I am thinking it will be the most convenient Since I am not living in the US and I also want to change my address to an overseas new one.

But still not sure if it is the right one.

Help!

Another thing about the form I-865. Unfortunately it is not clear on the USCIS website where to file the form if I live abroad !!

Does anyone know??

I found the answer to my question directly from the USCIS customer service at 1-800 375 5283 and they told me that since my new address is outside the US in need to go to the American Embassy in that country or consolate to change my address.

I hope you find this helpful.

Since I'm the only one replying and helping my self. I follow up what I just wrote in the pervious response. The US embassy in Riyadh told me that they could not help me in regards of changing my address. Unless the case has reached them. This quite confuses me, coz I was advised by the uscis to change my address at the embassy. But then again I might have misunderstood him or my question was just not clear enough.

We called and tried to get an operator to update our address, wouldnt take a foreign address. Need to mail a letter to USCIS.

We mailed a letter to USCIS (included email address in it for reply). They emailed us saying 'We have updated your address. Why didnt you just call or fill in the online form?' :bonk:

Sorry I cant remember where we had to mail it :( Could have been a general USCIS address but Im 90% sure it was the Vermont Office with Attn: Address Change in the letter header.

Oh thank you very much. At last someone understands my situation. Indeed I called the USCIS several times and got nothing useful from them. Any way I was considering the maile them the new address. But was not sure where to send it since its an overseas address.

May I ask you, did you ever hear from them again after receiving the NOA1 ??

The only communication we've had since NOA1 was the email confirming the change of address. We're waiting on NOA2 still (we're at Vermont, which is way behind).

We did also give them a friends US address that will forward our mail overseas if they will not send something internationally.

I c, I wish things could be a bit more clearer. Waiting is the worst thing one can do. I feel paralyzed already :(

It accrued to me today, to use my ARAMEX US address as a corresponding address. But I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not :/

I ve the same problem except that i don't have any pending case with USCIS, but since i sponsered someone lately, i have to notify USCIS. I called them, and the representative suggested me to send I-865 to the center address which i lived before(in my case CA) since a relative of my mine still leaves at that address so i can still receive my letters at that address.
