I have seen and am part of threads that track interview scheduling based off on months irrespective of country. So I was thinking if we can track immigration interview scheduling for Mumbai and Delhi consulates it will allow us to keep track of our specific cases and also be able to track NVC to Mumbai/Delhi processing times.

So I request members to please update your case status here in this thread and to begin with I will have some cases that i am aware of added myself.

I have seen and am part of threads that track interview scheduling based off on months irrespective of country. I guess I am spending too much time in VJ.com. Its like a drug now that I am so much into the discussions trying to find some info to ease my frustration. :blush::( Is your family trying to get all the papers ready meanwhile? my hubby is getting his PCC done this week.

Looking forward for some info both on the Mumbai consulate visa process change and October interview scheduling by Monday. its going to be quite for the weekend I guess unless those who got their interviews these days decides to give some updates.

02/2011 - My Father diagnosed with Cancer (since Recovered)

08/2011 - Filed for I-130 during trip to US, hired Lawyer.

08/22/2011 - NOA1.

02/2012 - Still waiting for NOA2 Approval

03/06/2012 - I-130 Approved!!!! Thank you GOD and USCIS!!

05/09/2012 - AOS and DS-230 Checklist from NVC.

05/31/2012 - AOS and DS-230 sent together to NVC.

06/13/2012 - Email from NVC RFE for AOS documents already sent????

07/13/2012 - ANOTHER Email from NVC RFE for AOS documents already signed!!!

8/6/2012 - Packet 4 Received! Interview date assigned!!

9/28/2012 - Immigration Interview - APPROVED!!!

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/31/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)

08/31/2012 - IV Package sent (via priority mail)

09/04/2012 - NVC received both packets (due to weekend & labor day holiday)

09/11/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

09/17/2012 - RFE for DS-230 ques 30

09/19/2012 - Mailed new DS-230 by overnight mail
