Has anybody run into this problem? I've sent out the AOS for my wife to the center in Chicago, I sent it through Usps with signature confirmation. I've been tracking it and apparently they are not able to drop it off b/c of the "No Authorized Recipient Available " reason. Does that mean nobody is willing to sign for the package? What is going on with that?

Don't worry - this happens all the time. It means it was delivered to a box with no-one to sign for it, it will be picked up and signed for by the end of the day.

Ya I second that...same happened with me as well ...it was just fine...keep tracking it in USPS site or you can sign up for auto update based on tracking number.when the package gets delivered or someone signs for it , you automatically get an email from USPS.

You are safe, keep checking. Ours showed delivery and took them 30+ days to acknowledge and show checks cashed.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
