Travel agent flight prices

Okay, so I've looked at these prices and, frankly, I'm amazed. The prices are half of what I find on the PAL website. I tend to follow the belief that, if something appears to be too good to be true then it probably is; so can somebody vouch for this?

If they are real, can somebody explain why they can offer prices that cheap?

My husband is a travel agent and from what he says they book flights in advance and buy them in blocks like hotels and then sell them or sell them to another agent who needs it....idk if thats the same here but just letting you know what i know

It looks like the left side is only for OCW workers, the right side is close to normal prices

The smallprint on these flights:

1. ½ unused promo tickets are non-refundable , non- reroutable, non- endorsable (no name changes ). Refund penalties apply for totally unused tickets. Upgrading to higher fares not allowed.

2. Airlines may change rates without prior notice due to dollar fluctuations or internal factors.

3. Add P1620.00 Phil tax and $2 ipp tax from the total.

4. Call us for other international taxes on your chosen carriers.
