re: coupon - I assume (rightly or wrongly) you are referring to the DS-3032 'coupon'.

Why wait? If you know the casenumber for Pakistan, then YOU can send in an ascii text version of the DS-3032, via email, see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

DO NOT attach any ds-3032 'pdf form' as attachment, use only ascii text email.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

ok - coupon = fees, using yer vernacular. Got It !!!

suggest USC Spouse use the ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL (check that link again)

The AOS Fee Bill comes in via email to the USC Spouse, when email addresses are exchanged with NVC in a telephone conversation (USC Spouse with NVC Tele-Operator).

Once that Fee Bill is received via email, is then possible to 'get in' to the Online Payment Portal, and pay the fees online. The IIN (which is needed) comes in with the AOS Fee Bill, via email. The IIN is really important, otherwise is impossible to 'pay online' .

A few days after each fee is payed, the 'cover letter with barcode' is generated on the portal, and that cover letter is then downloaded by a human (usually the USC Spouse) who then prints it, and includes it with each submittal.

reread http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

and understand, that whilst at NVC, not need to interact much with the lawyer, at all - the USC Spouse can send in the documents with the self-generated cover sheet/barcode thingie, after a few days from payment date. Most lawyers don't understand the online payment portal, or anything electronic, or even that self-generated cover sheet with barcode.

So - it's up to you, yes? Rely on yer lawyer, wait 3 months for 'each thing to be sent to the lawyer', each time, or have the USC Spouse PUSH things at NVC, using the online payment portal.

Which path do you want to utilise?
