thanks

There's a dearth of things to do at NVC, focused with DS-3032, DS-230, and I-864.

Here's some background info -

DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

General NVC stuff - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html

Here's a mini-how-to, for what to do, when using the online payment portal -

So, FOR NOW, start calling NVC about 2 weeks after the NOA-2 'notice date' (printed on the NOA-2 ). You need to 'jump start' the process at NVC, and that starts with a phone call.

I suggest, if you want speed, not wait on NVC to 'send you anything' - they have a 3 month cycle, per 'thing', for sending out postal mail. 3 months for DS-3032, 3 months for I-864, 3 months for DS-230. If you are pro-active, if you PUSH things into NVC, you can get in/out within 45 days (sometimes less )

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
