I filed Form I?130 (IR?1/CR?1) for my spouse on January 21, 2026, and received my Notice of Action (NOA1) dated January 26, 2026. Details: Petitioner: U.S. Citizen Beneficiary: Canadian Citizen (currently in the U.S.) I’m working with an attorney since my spouse also has a pending asylum case with a master hearing scheduled mid?2026. I’d love to connect with other January 2026 filers to track progress, share updates, and discuss any RFEs or service center transfers.
