Hi, so far nothing yet. My USCIS shows 7 months left but I wouldn’t trust it. Not too sure how we can contact each other to chat. Do u use Reddit?

Hi it seems you may get your approval soon! Hopefully next month at the latest. Do let me know what u submitted as evidence for USCIS. Currently I have around 15 documents submitted in the portal.

What do you mean you messed up on section 62? Did you list your spouses last address in the United States? I made the same mistake but USCIS is saying they are forwarding my request to NVC. Are they not doing the same for you?

For example, my approval letter says this:
"We have approved the above petition. However, you indicated on the petition both that the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigrant visa through consular processing at a U.S. embassy or a U.S. consulate outside the United States and also that the beneficiary intends to apply for adjustment of status in the United States. Because the beneficiary's last address on the petition is outside the United States, and you have not informed us that the beneficiary is in the United States and intends to adjust status, we have forwarded the petition to the Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC) for consular
processing."
Does yours say something different? I had entered in field 62 and entered in a US City/State but they took into account the last address. Waiting to get transferred to DOS currently.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
