Request to expedite was submitted on 7/15/21. It was received on 7/21/21. So far I have not heard anything else regarding the expedite request.

I got a notice that the USCIS is actively processing the I-130 petition as of 9/28/21

Documents were submittend electronically to NVC on 4/9/22. We received Documentarily Qualified status on 6/22/22

Has your interview been scheduled yet?

No. We are still waiting for our interview to be scheduled but we are hoping for it to be scheduled this month (September 2022)

How exciting!! Looking forward to your update! :)

We just received our interview date. We received the notification today on Sept 6 and the interview is scheduled for Pct 13

Awesome!! :D

How did it go? We just got our interview date. How long after your interview was your passport returned?

Hi, how long after being DQ'd did you receive your interview date? We should be getting our NVC DQ soon and I want to kind of have a plan

We were documentarily qualified in June 22, 2022 And we received an interview letter on September 6, 2022
The interview was scheduled for October 13, 2022

The interview went well. In guayaquil they do the documents one day and the interview the next day. The visa was approved on Oct 14 (a Friday) and the passport was mailed. We received the passport back on Tuesday just 4 days later. 2 days if you exclude the weekend.

Good to know and congratulations!

Thank you!
Good luck on your interview
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
