Hey you guys! Did you ever receive your NOA2?
Dundle on 2020-02-01 said:
We have not. Kinda getting distressed at this point honestly.

Do you have an online account with USCIS?
Dundle on 2020-02-01 said:
I do. I can't find any updates or steps I can take. All I'm seeing is... "On April 8, 2019, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LIN1990380875, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 8, 2019, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." ... when I search the receipt. If you have any suggestions on anything I can do, I'd be extremely grateful.

Are you guys for sure at Texas Center? Because LIN was the code for Nebraska. If you are actually at Nebraska, your timeline makes a lot more sense since they are slower. However, by February 8th, you are within your bounds to call USCIS if you are at Texas because that is outside of their usual processing times. Good luck you guys!

Yeah, it's Nebraska. Someone I know apparently got their spousal Visa in six months because they got Virginia! Bit of a pain to hear that. Would you know where to call? My wife has tried calling a few places already, during opening hours, and there was no call queue or option to leave messages - the phone just rang out.

I haven't had the misfortune to have to go through this yet myself. However, there is a thread of people who were recently transferred from Nebraska to Vermont who all made calls. Maybe you can post in their thread and find out which number they called? The thread is in the forum for IR-1/CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports. I can try to post a link on here, but I'm not sure if the comments section allows for links. If it makes you feel any better, you guys are actually still on the correct timeline for Nebraska. They only just started granting approvals for the beginning of March 2019.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
