Hi, have you gotten anything regarding you I -130? I have similar dates and there is still no NOA2 or RFE

Your'

No word yet

@JulieGibson, have you tried calling them? I believe its time to call. Look at my timeline. Have your NOA1 in hand when you do.

Have you guys heard anything back yet? I saw some others who were transferred to the NBC the same day with a PD a little later than yours have already submitted documents to the NVC.

I have not heard anything regarding our case. I called USCIS last week and asked for an inquiry. I have been in constant contact with my immigration attorney, Weinstock Immigration/Atlanta, Ga. still no update

SO FRUSTRATING! I bet they will take another year to decide on the RFE I sent them, married for 7 years, have 2 children together, I mean, really... does it have to take over a year for an approval?

If an immigration attorney reads this, can you please shed some light on what information the attorney can provide on the status of a case before interview is granted. Thank you

Are you guys filing for an IR1 or are you doing an adjustment of status in the US?

Hi Julie! Just wanted to check in and see if there has been any change in status on your case?

Hi. Was your application approved? My fiance and I are waiting on the NOA2 for the K1. Our application will require third party processing (Nigerian living in France). If you can share I'd like to hear your experience. Thanks again!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
