Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 14, 2020
Embassy Review : my interview went well on march 13 2020
ALL PEOPLE WERE THERE WERE VERY NICE AND DECENT
questions asked by CO
was this first marriage of you both guys?
how did you guys met?
was this an arranged marriage or love?
when did you come back from uae?
at the end she said i am satisfied from you and everything seems fine but we need to do 2 more things 1st is i have not received your medical reports and little bit of administrative processing .
which i called twice to wilcare before interview day and they had told me that reports had been sent a week ago already
she was smiling and very decent and kept saying MA SHA ALLAH you both look very cute i have seen your pictures
but then she returned my original documents and kept passport .
i asked her if she need any other documents and she said no i dont need anything else and then i asked if she wants to give me any kind of slip and she said no i dont have anything to give .
no 221 g form WAS GIVEN nor approved SLIP just kept my passport
i asked when i can expect a response from you and she said i cant give you exact time but you can write us email when ever you want
i checked status on ceac and it said refused ,case updated mach 13 2020
i checked again on next day and case update was march 14 2020
now whats happening here is getting a conclusion,, was this a 221 g or what ?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
