I told him it we had already celebrated our second anniversary, and his response was, "I have to follow the instructions in the packet," and, "They'll figure it out." Well, "they" didn't, and her green card came back as a conditional resident 2-year card instead of a 10-year card. Evidently, the same trained monkeys work everywhere within USCIS, not just behind a telephone.	2012-03-21
