Don't be alarmed if that is also the case for you, as long as they are not hostile. The service agent was very helpful in fact. I wish you all luck. NVC delivered my green card to the wrong address. A state away actually, so beware and call to check after 50 days, make sure to get your AOS number and also the receipt number for the form you pay for before entering the U.S. It goes a long way.
