The process was very smooth and the immigration officer was polite and didn't ask many questions. The whole process only took around 10-15 minutes. |

When my wife came to customs window they pulled her to an office and held her there for like an hour. No translator was provided. The immigration officer kept talking to her in English even though she could not understand anything the officer was saying. The immigration officer kept talking in English regardless and that made my wife go into tears. |
