Then at the office there was a lady (Vanessa - Colombian) that seemed to be a bit of a clown, didn't like her much. Then she handed our folder to another officer and he was really polite and cool. Overall experience at JFK = 9/10. -- El primer oficial fue serio pero muy cortes, de ahi pasamos a una oficina a esperar como 15 minutos y la que nos recibio primero era una colombiana/neoyorkina muy payasa (no me cayo nada bien) de ahi ella le paso nuestra carpeta a otro oficial, un morenito muy culto y buena gente.
