Although we did not have to catch any additional flights, however there were people there who were detained from further travel because they were kept at the POE for so long. They missed their connecting flight. Nice job. I had to ask a representative at the airlines what was going on 3 times. That's once per hour... You can do the math. They kept her there a long time. She told me that people were not allowed to move. All in all a terrible experience.	2012-08-24
