We really confused them at the border with my previous status. They couldn't figure out why on earth I was given a K1 Visa at all when their computer said I was still a permanent resident :P I won't even begin to go on about all the worrying that caused me afterward. |

It was very easy and the officer asked me only one question ...the name of my fiance... and if i have further questions.. i asked for EAD but he denied it and advd me to apply for it...so the whole thing took only 10 minutes...Brilliant ! |
