They looked through his embassy package and took a paper from it and wrote on it then he was sent to an office to have his I-94 stamped. Total time was 15 minutes (from getting off the plane to getting the stamp) It was a very good experience :)	2017-07-11

Bianca & Mark	JFK	2011-08-06	- High	POE was not a good experience. It took us 3 hours to get through immigration. First the line took forever (we got in at 8 PM, so not too many officers were working). Then when we got to the officer, who was nice, she stamped my wife's passport to let her in but when she tried to do the biometrics, the pictures wouldn't take. So then we went to another room where there were 3 officers that seemed to manually input the info. Very depressing room, because it seemed like they were also dealing with persons who were having problems entering the country. We were like 6th on a pile of visa packets but it took over an hour for someone to get to my wife's packet and input her data and send us on her way. They were so slow because they kept talking to each other and not doing their work. Very frustrating. But finally my wife was done, we got our bags and we left! Thank god we don't have to go through that again.	2015-08-28
