Immigration was quick through the citizens line, though it seemed to be just the same in the visitors line. We were then instructed to go all the way to the far left where my wife's prints were taken. I was surprised at long it took to get her stamp. There were many people waiting and it took a very long time for them to start calling us up. Once people were getting called it took 5 minutes between each group. Another hour of waiting and we were finally making "the walk" up the LAX international arrivals ramp. In total from the time we landed it took 2 hours to get to see my parents. |
