We had a change of address from the one on the original filing on the I-130, although I would not say it was anything near harrasment the immigration officers did question Tamer again as to when he met his wife and made sure he knew the new address along with the general questions they normally ask during the entry interview. All in all it was an easy entry through a busy POE. |

POE was SFO. It was a breeze, minus the waiting in line. I choose to stand in VISITOR line with my fiance. Officer took the yellow package and said "welcome to America and congratulations." |

It was easy :) I didn't know that I could have skipped the line, if I had told one of the customs officers that I was entering on a K-1 visa and get right to the counter where they handle your "package" and you get your entry stamp. Even though I was waiting last in line it only took me 45 minutes to get through customs, but I was also the only immigrant there, so when I finally got to the right count I was first in line. |

Arrived at Denver airport, lined up in the "visitors" line at passport control.once it was my turn I informed the nice smiley man I was traveling on a k1 Visa and handed me my envelope.he opened it briefly looked thorough it and then explained we have 90days to marry and then said as otherwise you will have to start this process all over and I'm pretty sure you don't want that and then he winked !!He then also explained to the k1 was a one entry visa .took my finger prints and then said ok Jodie,I'm sure your fiance is waiting out there for you so I won't keep you any longer ,welcome to America!!He then stamped my passport and I was on my way .so all in all a good easy experience.so happy that I'm now reunited with my future husband |
