S & C	Denver	2015-04-20			- High	When getting off the plane and heading to immigration, you head to the left into the "Visitors" section which takes you down an escalator away from everyone else. This was brilliant for me since there was barely anyone in the queue downstairs so I got to the front of the queue really quickly. I had about a 5-10 minute wait to be called up. When I was called up I said "I'm here on a K1 visa" and he took everything off me and asked me a couple of questions including "What's your fiances name?", "How long have you known him?" He also asked me "Do you know what a K1 visa is and how it works?" Then he went on to say "are you sure you want to get married?" with a smirk... He told me I had 90 days to get married, that I shouldn't apply for a SSN before I get married (which is bull, it's easier to get one before you get married which I did and it all went fine) and then put my files to one side and that was it! I wasn't sent into secondary processing and got to go straight through the doors into baggage claim. It didn't take long at all.	2021-03-12
