ABertozzi A & S Chicago 2023-04-19 - High It was very easy, I was processed directly by the regular CBP official and he barely asked any questions. He just asked me for my address and where I came from, that was it. He then proceeded to stamp the visa and I never even had to go to secondary. 2023-05-08

Richard & Jamie Houston 2023-03-30 Yes - High I was very nervous about going through this POE because of the ratings, but honestly, I am pleasantly surprised. My fiancé and I waited in line for about 30 minutes in the citizenship line. Once we got to the front the officer spoke to me in English and cracked some jokes with me, then he started speaking Spanish to my fiancé. He asked me if I understand Spanish, I said a little bit I will respond to you in English. So he told me to make sure I work on my Spanish and translated back and forth even though my fiancé said he can speak to us both in English. He brought the next officer over to us and let me know that I would have to wait for him at baggage claim. The next officer then walked us over to the waiting area. Also was extremely nice. I asked him if I could take his documents out of our bag because I needed my laptop. He said of course, and told me that he doesn’t need his X-ray cd. I went downstairs and waited for about 30-45 minutes. My fiancé came down and told me that he was waiting longer than he was actually in the room. He said the officer was really nice to him and only asked him two questions. 1. Do you know where you’re going to live? 2. When are you getting married? Then the officer told him “welcome to America” and said he was free to go. Naively, I booked our connecting flight only within two hours of us landing in Houston, so I had to change our flight since he got out right when our next flight was boarding. It’s best to give yourself at least 4 hours to make sure you make it to your next flight. 2024-06-04
