Escorted to "backstage-sort of bit" on the other side of barriers from baggage claim. The nice old man who escorted us (me and the other immigration people) said "Don't worry about it," and took us to the elevator, pressed the button for us, and gave us instructions on what to do when the elevator arrived at the second processing area. There, I sat around for a bit in a waiting area around another desk, and they did some processing before calling me up. Just asked why I was in the country, who I intended to marry, and the date of the wedding. Then took the sealed envelope, gave me my I-94 (stapled into passport) and gave me my x-rays back and said "just over there" and sent me to baggage claim.	2009-06-05
