Very pleasant people. Took about 1.5 hours to process at airport however they advised normally it is much more busy and will take longer. |

Yana told me that Immigration Officers in JFK are friendly and it took her around 15 minutes for the process. Waiting in line and getting her luggage and passing through customs was probably a good 90 minutes. |
