We were told at JFK that the stamps he received in his passport authorized him to work but then he couldn't find a job and couldn't find a job and eventually we went to the social security office (2 days before his K1 is expiring anyway *eyeroll*) and we were told that he does NOT have authorization to work. Now we wait for the AOS-related EAD to kick in, I guess. |
