Teresa & Eric	Houston	2008-10-24	No	Yes	- High	My fiance and I went together through the visitors line, the officer on the booth took my fingerprints and picture and instructed my fiance (US citizen) to wait for me while they took to me a separate room where I was called by my name to a cubicle where another officer asked me the following: 1. Where did you and your fiance meet? 2. How many times have you visit each other and where? 3. Where else? ( I forgot we met once in Spain). But I answered and he said "OK". 4. What was your work field in Guatemala? 5. Do you know the rest of the process? I was nervous and said no, because I thought there was more processing at the POE and he meant the K-1 Process! LOL The whole interview was conducted in spanish, the officer was very nice to me. I asked him if they ever issue EAD when using a K-1 and he said "Remember this is a non-immigrant visa still". Later I met with my fiance again, and went to our gate to take our connecting flight. The whole processing took about 20 minutes, but I waited in the room for about 10. The officers were very nice to us all the time.	2022-05-25
