Roxyroo Fernando & Audrey Miami 2009-06-27 No - High Total nightmare, will never take a Colombian man through Miami again. Was in secondary for 6 hours; no one even looked at his docs until the last 5 minutes. We had scheduled a 7 hour layover there, planning for the worst, but he still missed his connecting flight and did not arrive in Boston where I was waiting for him until 1:30 am. 2010-02-09
F & J Detroit 2009-06-27 No Yes - High The POE interview was pretty quick. I was asked about my fiance and our relationship; how and when we met, how long we've been together. The CBP officer reminded me that we have 90 days to get married and that we should file for AOS right after marriage, within those 90 days - though he said technically we just need to fill the requirement of getting married, he said it would be better for me if we filed within 90 days. Then he asked me about stuff that I would be bringing in to the U.S. I only brought clothes and toys - for my fiance's nephew's birthday - which he said were ok. He stamped my passport and attached the I-94 Arrival-Departure Record and sent me on my way to baggage claim / my connecting flight. 2016-01-25

Kirsten & Robbie Charlotte 2009-06-26 No Yes - High Was directed to a communal waiting room for further investigation with my daughter and waited around 30 minutes. After this time a very nice officer called us to his desk, asked why we were there, congratulated us and wished us well!! 2012-07-05
prince & angel JFK 2009-06-26 No No - High Hassen arrived to JFK from Paris on time and with no difficulties (This was his first international flight & he speaks fluent French so he really enjoyed AirFrance!!). Total time spent with immigration was approximately 1/2 hour which was predominately spent waiting in line. Oddly, he wasnt asked any questions & didnt receive the I-94 either. Luckily we were able to prove CBP error & they were able to verify he was NEVER processed for entry despite receiving the K3 stamp in his passport. CBP in our area verified everything, let me bring his passport to their office & they stapled the I-94 to his passport - NO FEE! Now we can continue with more of the journey. 2010-09-08
