However, after filing the AOS I received an RFE indicating that USCIS had not received my DS-2053 (medical exam, which was in the pack), so get a copy of the medical exam and submit that with the I-485 just in case (it's probably a good idea to get the vacinations transcribed to the I-693 also, just in case -- see the forum threads for civil surgeons willing to do this for $25, as there's a tendency for them to try to charge for the full medical).	2010-09-13
