Stephanie & Matthew Toronto 2009-11-24 No No - High Apparently I didnt leave myself enough time and ended up missing my flight due to so many people in secondary. Otherwise, the man was so, SO nice about it and seemed so happy to activate my visa. I was in a rush to try and catch my plane so he didnt really look at my paperwork or asked me any questions. Just had me fill out the I-94 and stamped the passport. Sheesh what an experience that POE was. 2012-09-02
Mari joe mari & joe Atlanta 2009-11-24 Yes - High 2012-08-31
Luciana & Keith Atlanta 2009-11-24 No Yes - High Very easy! I was sent to the Visitor's line. There the CO took my biometrics and put my envelope in a plastic folder and sent me to another room. I waited for about 10 minutes for another CO to process my papers. Then he gave me the passport with the I-94 and said: "Congratulations! Just make sure to get married within the 90 days!" No questions asked!! 2010-07-12
Colin & Nicole San Francisco 2009-11-24 No Yes - High POE was extremely easy. Checked fingerprints, opened envelope then sent him through. Did not take him aside. Went through immigration/customs quicker than with the visa waiver. 2012-12-22
Beatriz & Patrick JFK 2009-11-24 Yes,Passport Stamp Yes - High Everything went out very easy. It was 6AM and there was around 200 people at Visitors line, 12 at the US Citizen line and 2 ones at the Permanent Resident line. I asked which like should I go and the guy said: visitors... As it didn't make sense to me due I'm not visiting, I took a chance and went to the Permanent Resident line and it was right. The officer was very polite. He took my photo and fingerprints and gave me all my papers from the sealed envelope and said: Go to that door and ask your EAD Stamp, give them all these papers and that's it. At the other room, it took less than 5 minutes and the officer came to me and said with a kind smile on his face: Mam, welcome to the United States, good luck on your new life, I hope you enjoy your time here. That's it!!! 2010-01-16
