I waited for hours and hours for him to come up from the airport terminals. The Airport/Customs agents felt sorry for me because I was crying from neck surgery pain. They found me a wheelchair, and called down to the Customs area to find out his status. Shortly after the call, he came up the long escalator for baggage claim. He was polite and friendly throughout my time at his desk and was calling out to colleagues either side of him to make sure he was doing eveything correctly.
