It took a bit longer because of it. They also mixed up the Petition expiry date with the visa expiry date, so they thought that the 19th was when my visa expired, which was quite stressful. We drove over with a U-Haul truck which they didn't really examine and they didn't even look in the cab because I had my dog with me who barked at them and scared them..lol. They didn't even ask if he had his shots or license. - ARRGHH!!! - When I finally went to apply for my social security card... turns out, the border / immigration ppl did NOT give me an I-94 - so no SSN for me.. now I have more delays and paperwork to do, through no fault of my own!!
