A lot of people missed their connecting flights, so don't book them close together. Give yourself at minimum a 5 hour layover at JFK cause they do not expedite you if you have a connecting flight. They kept telling people, you'll just have to get on the next available flight. We stood in line to see an immigration/customs agent at the booth. They took biometrics, checked the passport and visa and then sent us to a room to wait to see another agent. This agent asked how long he planned to stay, then told him to get married within 90 days, stamped his passport in and attached the temporary EAD card to the passport. The whole process took 7 minutes and I was through with even the EAD stamped on my I-94 without even being asked once. I would definitely recommend JFK as anyone's POE.	2009-04-11
