My wife and stepson missed their connecting flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Washintong DC because the immigration procedures took too long. Please allow enough time for this if planning a trip with a connection inside the US. |

both times, first with K-1 and then with AP, we were taken into secondary questioning, and both times had to wait for all the others in the room to be asked a million questions and then they would finally get to us, and just send us through. i don't know if this is common or what.. but hopefully travel on green card will be much smoother.. UPDATE: travel on green card was no problem- no secondary questioning, just sent right through. |
