we received Rfe for birth certificate on march 15th 2007.response received by uscis on april12th 2007.again they are sending rfe on may10th for I485&I130.when I checked online status on may 15th for I1485 it says that response to rfe recieved .CONFUSING. I didn't get any rfe nor did I respond.but rfe for I130 is still there.anybody had this experience before.? |

The officer didn't even examine any of our documents. He simply looked through to find the form that he needed, then he filled out the I-94 and sent us on our way. |
