Very polite, helpful and quick. They allowed my wife to wait in secondary examination with me. When finished the officer not only said to me Welcome to America but to my wife Welcome home. I was made to feel very welcome indeed. |

PRO - POE was easy and simple. However the US Customs Officer was bored and asked a lot of questions.
CON - My wife was instructed to stand in the wrong line for about 45 mins. |

We were lucky and drew the more polite and "business-like" officer at POE. A couple of the officers were loud and rude to people who had difficulties with English. |
